Welcome to my Industry Project page!
This Project has begun following the desire to investigate the topic of Diversity and Inclusion, and during the learning journey of this Master’s Course has constantly shaped its direction in order to make a meaningful intervention and be a project that could benefit businesses, people, and ultimately society.
Being in a Culture and Enterprise related study field, I have allowed my imagination and my uncertainties to mix together and allow me to perhaps feel lost, stressed, and constantly challenged, but this has all paid off as has made me realise true and meaningful interventions needed to answer my questions.
This study has also allowed me to bring my topic into always new and different levels challenging me to constantly interact with different individuals and businesses searching for new knowledge.
I welcome you to be part of this journey by immersing yourself in the following slides and creating your own idea of the meaningfulness of this project, findings ad future implications.
