Unit 2-3 First intervention Stakeholders Feedback

In relation to my first intervention, my stakeholders have been Senior Management working at Louis Vuitton. In this regard, I have selected a few decision-making individuals in my organization who could better understand my proposition, provide me vital feedback for the continuation of this project, and potentially support the implementation and development of this idea in my workplace.

In order to pitch my project research findings and possible outcome, I have followed these main points below in order to target the right people in my organization.

  • Stating the necessity to implement such intervention in my irganisation
  • Evaluation of the business area of interest for my intervention
  • Selection of most appropriate decision making Management in the relevant field
  • Propose time and resource needed to implement such intervention

In this regard, I have decided to reach out to Sara Qureshi as being Client Development Manager, Baptiste Lumens being Senior Client Advisor and Suad Ali being the CRM Associate along with Gianluca Stincone the Team Manager at Louis Vuitton Selfridges.

SARA QURESHI – Client Development Manager – FEEDBACK

The first feedback has come from Sara Qureshi as it is possible to see from the picture below. Sarah explains how the implementation of this idea has been a great initiative that not only has highlighted my skills and the Men’s Department achievements. Moreover, she also believes that this would be a great tool for the whole Louis Vuitton Team in Selfridges ad possibly discussed with Louis Vuitton Head Office to be implemented in other Stores in London. In this regard, having received such positive feedback and support from the Manager of Client Development has been certainly a great starting point for this project.

BAPTISTE LUMENS – Senior Client Advisor – FEEDBACK

Baptiste is an expert in sales management and client development, he has been extremely supportive during the discussion and implementation of a successful tool for a transparent and clear employee evaluation tool to be put in practice in the whole store.

Baptiste outlines the strengths of my proposition being clear concise which will help in identifying new opportunities for the business to grow, key performers in the team, ad create concrete actions that will lead to more efficient management of the team and support for the employees. A few more key points have been made regarding the execution of the reports I was providing and the possibility of delegating other members in case of my absence.

Baptiste has been extremely favorable regarding this implementation and he “Absolutely loves the idea”

SUAD ALI – CRM Associate – FEEDBACK

Suad is an expert CRM Associate who also focuses on Client Development and Sales Management, she has been extremely supportive in providing me with the needed information regarding my colleague’s performance in order to provide an as detailed as possible report to the whole management. Suad also has described my work as excellent, clear, and precise.

Furthermore, once the project has developed to 46 Team Members, Suad has been supporting me in the execution of the performance evaluation reports.
