If we were to undertake this study again, there are a number of changes we would make. Most importantly I would like to consider a longer time period to be able to obtain a larger amount of findings and stakeholder’s involvement through the whole research process from initial research questions through to my interventions.
I would seek to compare far more potential case studies in relation to my topic in principle so that I would be able to have a greater initial knowledge and ideally proceed much quicker to implement my next interventions.
I would include a wider number of stakeholders and businesses aiming to collaborate with me and let this project research grow exponentially and in this regard, my intervention must be supported by a larger number of quantitative data which will allow me to have a much more in-depth knowledge of demographics, values, and beliefs of my target group.
I believe that this project deserves to continue even after my Master’s course and I am motivated on doing so. During this time I have set the ground knowledge and ground interventions for future development and I intend to keep networking with new stakeholders, new industry experts, and new businesses in providing much more in-depth findings and knowledge and propose better interventions.
FUTURE POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF MY PROJECT
Considering the current year’s biggest limitation in my opinion being time, as it is possible to see from the timeline above, I intend to continue this research project starting from January 2022 with a three months plan considering in the first three months of evaluation of the current situation ad findings, formulation of a roadmap for the development of the projects and the data collection methods, moreover, I intend dedicating the time being April – June 2022 to enrich my network of industry experts and stakeholders in order to be able to text in the next few months as much as possible my new interventions. In this regard, the last three months of 2022 will be dedicated to a deep evaluation and triangulation of all findings in order to make clear the level of change made in the industry and evaluate also ay new limitations.
POSITIONALITY
The opportunity to provide monthly detailed evaluation reports at Louis Vuitton since April 2021 has been for me an important intervention as it has allowed me to showcase my analytical and presentation skills to a wider number of Senior Managers and Team Members and this has allowed me to elevate my profile in a better way in my current position. In this regard, I have been discussing in the last month with my Line Manager Giancluca Stincone and with Sara Qureshi to develop my career in a more managerial role, which will involve managing directly a team of minimum 8 Team Members, and not only providing performance review reports.
I believe this is a great opportunity for me to develop my people skills and leadership skills in a multicultural and highly reputed brand such as Louis Vuitton.
In the last month, I am also considering pursuing my studies at a PhD. level, this is because I believe I have achieved so much during this year not only as a student bus also as a person and this learning journey has been absolutely enjoyable and meaningful that I wish I will have the chance to be able to develop it further. However, the decision of continuing a Master’s course has been for me a decision that has required lots of hard work and effort, and I believe that my idea of continuing my studies needs to have more time to think about the right thing to do which will involve my studies direction and plan of employment in the future.
